Registration for the 23rd Annual Marlin Magic Lure Tournament is CLOSED!
We have both: an online registration form for those paying with a credit card, as well as a printable form, for those wishing to pay with cash or a check.
Please make sure to read all of the rules before entering. All mainland checks must be in no later than one week prior to tournament start date! Mahalo!

2025 MMLT Rules & Entry Forms
ENTRY FEE:
Base Entry Fee is $2,000.00 per boat/team, six angler maximum. Plus Optional Jackpots: Largest Marlin of the Day, Most Released Marlin of the Day*, and OMNI Division.
* As of 2025, the Released Marlin Optional is now a DAILY JACKPOT! Both days must be entered. Please see our rules for more information.
Please note:
- All entry fees by out of state check must be submitted by June 15th, and all checks must be written out to: Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club (memo: MM Lure Tournament).

Base Entry Fee
- Base Entry fee is $2,000.00
Distribution of Winnings
- Cash payout for winners will equal 90% of Base Entry Fee.
- Payout monies for the base entry will be distributed per the following example, based on 10 boats entering base entry of tournament or $20,000.00 in Base Entry Fee:
1st Place = 60% = $ 10,800.00
2nd Place = 40% = $ 7,200.00
3rd Place = 0% = NO payout for Third Place
Less than 6 boats entered, winner takes all prize money
FISHING DAYS AND HOURS:
Day 1: July 1, 2025- Lines in 7:00am Lines out 4:00pm
Day 2: July 2, 2025- Lines in 7:00am Lines out 4:00pm

June 30th, @ Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club (5PM-7PM).
All teams please come to Registration Night! Late registration will be accepted the morning after, at the Fuel Dock, up until Start Fishing.

Entry Fee
- Entry Fee options for this division are: $100.00, $300.00, $500.00, $1,000.00, and $2,000.00 (per day).
- It is required that you enter BOTH days for this division!
Distribution of Winnings
- Cash payout for winners will equal 90% of entry. Payout monies will be in cash/check.
- Largest marlin over 400 pounds of each day wins.
- In the event that a marlin over 400 pounds is only weighed on one day and not the other, the payout monies from both days will be awarded to the largest marlin overall.
